The physical test was held from 20 August to 12 September 2025, and the result has been declared on 13 October 2025. The written exam result was earlier announced on 17 June 2025.

The SSC has published the PET/PST results region-wise on its official website. All candidates who took part in the test can download the result PDF and check their roll number in the list.
The SSC GD recruitment drive is one of the biggest government job exams for 10th pass students in India. The eligibility required is 10th class (Matriculation) and the age limit is 18 to 23 years.
The online form for SSC GD 2025 was filled between 5 September and 14 October 2024. After the written test held from 4 to 25 February 2025, the PET/PST test was conducted between 20 August and 12 September 2025. The final result is now out on 13 October 2025.

SSC GD Next Step After Result 2025
Candidates who qualified in the PET/PST stage will now be called for Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination. The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the written exam and performance in the physical test.
