Job Role of Executive
-
Achieve monthly revenue targets through sales.
-
Conduct financial literacy and awareness programs.
-
Guide and train GDS on IPPB products and services.
-
Support the Department of Posts staff in daily operations.
-
Acquire new customers and partners for banking services.
-
Perform duties assigned by IPPB management.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Age Limit: 20 to 35 years (as on 1 August 2025)
-
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Regular or Distance) from a recognized university
-
Experience: Not required
-
Applicant must have a clean service record with no pending disciplinary cases.
Salary and Benefits

Monthly Pay: ₹30,000 (including all deductions)

Increments: Annual increment based on performance

Tenure of Employment

Initial tenure: 1 year

Can be extended for 2 more years based on performance

No regular absorption in IPPB after completion

A 2-year cooling-off period after engagement
