Job Role of Executive

• Achieve monthly revenue targets through sales.

• Conduct financial literacy and awareness programs.

• Guide and train GDS on IPPB products and services.

• Support the Department of Posts staff in daily operations.

• Acquire new customers and partners for banking services.

• Perform duties assigned by IPPB management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 20 to 35 years (as on 1 August 2025)

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Regular or Distance) from a recognized university

• Experience: Not required

• Applicant must have a clean service record with no pending disciplinary cases.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Pay: ₹30,000 (including all deductions)

• Increments: Annual increment based on performance

• Other Allowances: Not applicable

Tenure of Employment

• Initial tenure: 1 year

• Can be extended for 2 more years based on performance

• No regular absorption in IPPB after completion

• A 2-year cooling-off period after engagement

Selection Process

• Based on marks obtained in graduation

• If marks are the same, preference is given by:

  1. Seniority in Department of Posts

  2. Date of Birth (older candidate preferred)

• IPPB may also conduct an online test if needed.
